Terms of Service

Last updated: October 26, 2026

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of the website wallscout.io, the web application at app.wallscout.io, and the WallScout Chrome extension (collectively the “Service”). The Service is operated by Mirrer Productions (WallScout), referred to as “WallScout”, “we”, “us”, or “our”.

By creating an account, starting a free trial, or subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to these Terms, to our Refund Policy, and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

WallScout is a product research tool for sellers on the Walmart Marketplace. It provides estimated sales volumes, profit and fee calculations, competition and seller information, bulk CSV analysis, and related features, through the web application and the Chrome extension.

WallScout is an independent product. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Walmart Inc. “Walmart” and related marks are trademarks of Walmart Inc., used here only to describe the marketplace the Service analyzes.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

The Service is a business tool. You must be at least 18 years old and use the Service for your own business purposes. If you use it on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that company.

  • Provide accurate information and keep your email up to date.
  • Keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • An account is for one person. Do not share it or resell access to it.

3. Free Trial

New customers can start a free trial of a paid plan. The length of the trial, the plan, and its price are shown before you confirm (currently 7 days, then the plan’s regular price). A trial includes a reduced allowance until the first payment.

  • A valid payment card is required to start the trial. You will not be charged during the trial.
  • Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your card is charged automatically for the plan you selected, and your subscription renews as described in Section 4. We email you a reminder before the trial ends.
  • One free trial per customer. Creating several accounts to obtain more trials is not allowed, and we may cancel such accounts.

4. Plans, Billing, and Renewal

Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, in US dollars. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Current prices and the allowances of each plan (for example, the number of analyses per month) are listed on our pricing page and in the app.

  • Automatic renewal. Your subscription renews at the end of each billing period, and your payment method is charged the then-current price, until you cancel.
  • Allowances. Plan allowances reset at the start of each billing period. Unused analyses do not roll over.
  • Plan changes. An upgrade takes effect immediately and is prorated for the rest of the billing period. A downgrade takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Price changes. We may change our prices. A new price applies to an existing subscription only from its next renewal, and we notify you by email at least 30 days in advance.
  • Failed payments. If a payment fails, we may retry it, and we may suspend or downgrade your plan until it is paid.
  • Taxes. Prices do not include taxes that may apply where you are located.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

You can cancel at any time from your account page in the app, under Manage billing. Cancellation stops the next renewal. You keep access to your plan until the end of the period you have already paid for, after which your account moves to the free plan, if one is offered at that time. Payments are non-refundable, except as described in our Refund Policy.

We may change or discontinue the free plan and its allowance at any time.

6. Estimates and Data: No Guarantee

The figures WallScout shows are estimates, not facts. Sales estimates, revenue, profit and fee calculations, competition levels, price history, seller and brand information, and any other data in the Service are produced by statistical models from third-party and publicly available data. They may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date, and Walmart can change its marketplace, fees, or policies at any time.

  • The Service does not guarantee that a product will sell, at what volume, or at what profit.
  • Indicators such as brand, restriction, or competition flags are informational only. They are not legal advice and do not tell you whether you are allowed to sell a product.
  • You are solely responsible for your purchasing, sourcing, pricing, and listing decisions, and for checking any information independently before relying on it.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Copy, scrape, resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service or its data, or use it to build a competing product or database.
  • Access the Service through bots, scripts, or any automated means other than the features we provide.
  • Circumvent plan limits, usage caps, or trial restrictions.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service, including the Chrome extension, except where the law expressly allows it.
  • Interfere with the security or operation of the Service, or probe it for vulnerabilities without our written permission.
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or in violation of Walmart’s policies or any third party’s rights.

We may apply reasonable rate limits to protect the Service for all users.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, text, models, and compiled data, belongs to us and our licensors. While your account is in good standing, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

You keep ownership of the files and lists you upload (such as CSV files and watchlists). You grant us the right to process them only to provide the Service to you. If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them freely and without obligation to you.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third parties, including Walmart’s marketplace, data providers, Stripe for payments, and Google Chrome for the extension. We are not responsible for their services, and changes on their side may require us to change or remove a feature. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that third party’s own terms.

10. Availability and Changes to the Service

We work to keep the Service available and accurate, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may perform maintenance, and we may add, change, or remove features. If we remove a core feature of a paid plan, we will tell you in advance.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WallScout will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, inventory, business, or data, arising from your use of the Service or from your reliance on any estimate or data it provides.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or US$100 if you have not paid us anything.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, such as liability for fraud or gross negligence.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold WallScout harmless from any claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.

14. Suspension and Termination

You can stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or close your account, without refund, if you seriously or repeatedly breach these Terms, fail to pay, or use the Service in a way that could harm us, other users, or third parties. When possible, we will warn you first. Sections 6, 8, and 11 to 16 survive termination.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is material, we will notify you by email or in the app at least 15 days before it takes effect. If you continue to use the Service after that date, you accept the updated Terms. If you do not, you can cancel your subscription before the change takes effect.

16. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the place where the operator of WallScout is established. If a dispute arises, please contact us first at hello@wallscout.io. Most issues are resolved this way, and we will try to answer within 30 days. If we cannot resolve it, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of that place.

If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms limits the mandatory rights you have under the consumer protection laws of the country where you live.

17. General

These Terms, together with the Refund Policy and the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and WallScout about the Service. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer your account or these Terms without our consent. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
